We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in your designated territory. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth through effective customer engagement, upselling, and business development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct regular visits to clients to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective customers, effectively communicating their benefits and value.
Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during client interactions.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth within the territory.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using relevant software tools.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up with clients.
Skills
Proven 2 year experience in Staffing Agency sales, particularly in outside sales or territory sales environments.
Strong upselling abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
Strong business development skills with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.
