• Ability to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectives.
• Exhibit thorough understanding of the business: Woodgrain capabilities and processes, products, customers, supply chain, local market trends and conditions, competitors, and market pricing
• Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process.
• Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationship.
• 3-4 years sales experience in building materials or wood industry.
• Flexible to travel and overnight commute.
• Must hold a clear and valid driver\'s license.
• Computer Experience using MS Office Products
