Business Development Representative



Mission

:

The mission of the Business Development Representative is to change the lives of our customers by helping them to keep their businesses clean, safe, and looking great. This position is the initial face of the company for new prospects and is responsible for introducing products, services, and value proposition to the marketplace within their designated territory, with primary responsibility to sell, promote, and grow the customer base in the designated sales region with the best solutions.

Job Responsibilities:



1) Meet or exceed lead sales activity metrics:

Consistently achieve 75 cold call telemarketing calls per week, 40 cold call walk-in appointments and 10 scheduled appointments and presentations per week.

Conduct 1 call block/office day per week and 4 days in the field.

Actively prospect in your assigned territory for new opportunities primarily through our sweet spot customers and collects and documents CED's.

Devote sufficiently balanced time to prospecting, cold call telemarketing and walk-ins, delivering sales presentations, preparing, and submitting quotes, and maintaining sales activity tracking through the Salesforce CRM.

2) Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue and profitability targets:

Maintain a minimum weekly sales average for contracted business of $100 a week.

Prepare and presents quotes and sales proposals by possessing and maintaining knowledge of company's product offering.

3) Build competitive market intelligence and sales data to support a focus on sweet spot customers:

Continually gather competitive market information within given territory to best help target and acquire new customers.

Achieve 100% Utilization of Salesforce CRM after every activity.

4) Develop an understanding of the Company Service Model and Go-to-Market Strategy:

Understand our service agreement model and terms and conditions to properly negotiate contracts and service agreements.

5) Perform Consistent with company Core Values:

Always conduct yourself professionally and in all business interactions consistently with Wildman Core Values.

Physical Requirements:



Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position is primarily travel based, visiting prospective customers in their office spaces. Must have a reliable mode of transportation; proof of insurance and a clean BMV record required.

Must be highly motivated and demonstrate persistence and strong listening skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication; Outlook, Word, Excel.

Ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of the organization.

Confidence in ability to calculate pricing figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
