Overview


Willowbrook Ford is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving sales and building relationships with clients in the commercial community. This segment of the industry is Red Hot and is growing rapidly. We have a state of the art facility, and a large inventory of work ready vehicles to sell from. Candidates are required to go out into the community and offer products and services that the dealership provides. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.

Duties



Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to promote our products and services. Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads. Present product offerings effectively, utilizing strong public speaking skills to engage potential clients. Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on sales performance. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Experience



Proven experience in automotive and commercial sales or a related field is preferred. Strong mathematical skills for analyzing sales data and performance metrics. Familiarity with dealership operations and the automotive market is advantageous. Experience in outbound sales or lead generation is a plus. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $112,363.00 - $125,178.00 per year
