The pay for this position starts at $21.45/hr.


WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR 3RD SHIFT.



Position Summary

• 
  Operator Care-Basic lubrication, inspection adjustments, repairs, cleaning (CLAIR LEAN Manufacturing- Contribute to a continuous improvement environment by participating in activities to include line side problem solving.
• 
  5S program (Andon System Stoplight)- Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by maintaining a clean and orderly work space.
• 
  Physical lifting/moving, bending to stock material from inventory location to robotic equipment (Min 25 LBS).
• 
  Perform perfect packaging checks.
• 
  Safely and efficiently resolve jam ups and equipment malfunctions.

• 
  Identify material quality defects and take appropriate action.
• 
  Weigh rework using a floor scale and Human Machine Interface (HMI) workstation.
• 
  Operate handheld digital scanner.

Requirements

• 
  Minimum 6 months continuous work in the last 3 years

Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• 
  Must be willing and able to bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time.
• 
  Must be willing and able to lift, push, or carry up to 25 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment and requires repetitive motions.

• 
  Must be willing and able to stand, bend, reach overhead, and twist for long periods of time.
• 
  Must be willing and able to stand 8-12 hours a day on hard floor.
