About the Opportunity:\xe2\x88\x99 Job Title: Packing Machine Technician\xe2\x88\x99 Pay: $27/Hour\xe2\x88\x99 Location: Corcoran, MN\xe2\x88\x99 Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8AM-4:30PM.Daily functions: * Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start a production cycle.

• Control and adjust machine settings to meet product specifications.
• Operate machines safely and efficiently during production.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any problems or defects.
• Conduct regular inspections of machines and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Ensure that products meet quality standards and adjust as necessary.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Oversee and manage other department employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Desired qualifications: * 3 Years of Machine operation and maintenance experience.

• Management experience is desired but not required.
• Basic electrical schematic understanding is required.
• Knowledge of mechanical principles and industrial mechanics.
• Ability to analyze machine performance data and make improvements accordingly.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Physical requirements: * Pulling, pushing, and lifting 55lbs.

• Standing majority of shift.
