About the Opportunity:xc2xb7 Job Title: Pad Printerxc2xb7 Pay: $21.50/Hourxc2xb7 Location: Forest Lake, MNxc2xb7 Schedule: 3rd Shift, Sun-Thurs 11:15PM-7:15AM.Daily functions: * Prepare plastic injection molded parts for printing by cleaning, pre-treating, and ensuring proper surface preparation to promote adhesion of printed designs.

• Monitor printing processes, inspect printer parts for quality defects, and adjust as necessary to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Document any non-conforming parts and work with production team members to address quality issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Desired qualifications: * High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

• Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing facility.
• 6 months of experience with Pad Printing experience.

Physical requirements: * Lifting 50 pounds.

• Standing or sitting for long durations of time.
• Use hands and fingers with good dexterity.
