Me Events is a start-up company in New York City. We are looking for top candidates that are looking for the following:

• To get vital marketing experience throughout a 12 week intern program
• To enhance customer service and personal relation skills

The Marketing Intern Role:

As a marketing intern, it is super important that you build A STRONG FOUNDATION. So at Me Events, all interns are cross-trained in a number of areas including:

• Marketing & Advertising
• Brand Management
• Customer Service
• New Customer Acquisition
• Public Relations
• Leadership

This opening will combine marketing, sales, and business development. You\xe2\x80\x99ll begin with basic customer interaction to help promote and sell our client\xe2\x80\x99s services at our private site retail event spaces across the New York region. Within a matter of weeks, ambitious, dedicated people will have the chance to advance into a leading role where they\xe2\x80\x99ll be assisting in the development of others. Duties include but not limited to:

• You will be encouraged to make business-related decisions that will help boost your career
• You will gain knowledge of developing new business and maintaining meaningful relationships with our client\xe2\x80\x99s customers
• You will be taught to successfully communicate, influence, and interact with various types of audience
• You will be taught proper sales, marketing, and business techniques to problem solve and handle customer inquiries
• You will build solid, long-lasting relationships with business decision-makers

Intern Training: We run daily product-training workshops to ensure you have a full understanding of how to explain our clients\xe2\x80\x99 products and services to their potential customers. We also provide ongoing guidance and advice for those looking to grow both personally and professionally.

No experience is required because we run product-training workshops, but a positive attitude and desire to succeed are necessary!

Requirements and Recommendations:

• No experience or education required, simply come with the willingness to learn.
• Basic communication skills and the ability to work well independently and a part of a team is a PLUS!
• All applicants must be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the US
• All applicants must be available to start work within the next 3 weeks and have availability for a minimum of 12 weeks (we have 3,6 & 9 month Internships available as well as permanent roles)
