:What you'll be doingWe're looking for a Paid Social Associate to join the growing Branded Social team at Future.As the Paid Social Associate, you will work with teams to ensure all of our campaigns meet our clients' KPIs through paid social strategies.You will work with teams across content, integrated marketing, and client success to develop strategic paid social recommendations that ensure performance and delivery across all of our branded content campaigns.You will need an understanding of the paid social media landscape and best practices, including budget management, targeting, A/B testing creative, and KPI optimization.This is an opportunity to work on paid social strategy with clients across fashion, beauty, home, tech, and gaming for some of the best brands in the business.Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

• 2+ years of experience in online publishing or marketing, with a background in social media.
• Experience in a branded content/social team at a major publisher.
• Expertise and understanding of best practices for Facebook, Instagram, SnapChat, YouTube, Google and other Performance Marketing channels with knowledge of optimizing for various KPIs.
• Experience with managing hundreds of complex campaigns at one time with budgets up to $500k a month across performance channels with experience delivering traffic, reach, and conversion optimizations
• Proven experience in managing complex Performance Marketing campaigns in collaboration with finance/planning teams.
• Experience with using data to make recommendations and actions for clients.
• Comfortable working and communicating directly with clients.
