Paralegal
Job Description
We are actively recruiting for an experienced Litigation Paralegal. This person will be responsible for supporting our fast-paced, dynamic Corporate Litigation practice in our client\'s Wilmington, Delaware office.
The successful candidate will have experience and familiarity with both federal and state court, as well as experience in filing, cite-checking (bluebooking) and drafting briefs. Corporate litigation experience a plus, but candidate can be experienced in any type of sophisticated litigation.
Required skills:
3-5 years of experience with all phases of the litigation process (state and federal)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and timelines
Proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Westlaw, LexisNexis and PACER
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor\'s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
