:

As a paratransit bus driver with Mat-Su Senior Services, you will be the heart and soul of our service, providing excellent, consistent, customer service-oriented transportation to and from work. Our drivers are safety experts and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow the scheduled route to transport employees to and from work.

Maintain communication with Mat-Su Senior Services' dispatch team in order to provide excellent service. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures as directed by the company. Maintain communication with customers as required to provide them with the best service possible. Participate in regular and on-going training to improve skills. Be a team player and be willing to work together to achieve common goals. Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required and Physical Demands:

Must have current driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to operate large motor vehicles safely. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. This position requires long periods of standing and or walking, therefore, must have good physical condition. The candidate must have good personal hygiene skills, therefore, must have good personal hygiene habits.
