**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our water park. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for waterpark and hotel guests. **Responsibilities:** - Manage all aspects of park operations including staff supervision, guest services, and event management - Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction is maintained throughout the park - Supervise and train park staff in areas such as cash handling, report writing, and life guard training - Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of park facilities - Collaborate with the assistant manager to optimize park performance - Handle any guest concerns or issues in a professional and efficient manner **Experience:** - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry - Strong background in customer service and guest relations - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Experience managing events or activities within a recreational setting - Life guard certification is a plus - Willingness to get trained to train lifeguards If you are a dynamic individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, we invite you to apply for the Park Manager position.
