Access Merchandising Group is looking for self-motivated, independent & adaptable merchandisers to fill a Part Time Merchandiser (PTM) position. The PTM is responsible for calling on an assigned itinerary of stores and delivering superior in-store customer service by conducting store visits within the Monroe / Indian Trail metropolitan area. The current route openings covers numerous grocery stores in the Monroe / Indian Trail metropolitan area. Day of service are Tuesday\'s, Friday\'s, Saturday\'s and Sunday\'s. The approximate starting time is 8:00am finishing up around 2:00pm. This is a 1099 contractor position. Main Responsibilities include: \xc2\xb7 Organizing, rotating and stocking shelves during each store visit. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring product replenished on displays and shelves are looking their best by properly rotating product and removing all stale or damaged packages. \xc2\xb7 Working as a team with your Manager by communicating issues as appropriate, following your itinerary and being flexible with changes to your itinerary. \xc2\xb7 Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction. \xc2\xb7 Identify incremental sales opportunities within the stores. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining a professional demeanor with the public and store personnel when performing your duties. \xc2\xb7 Always working safely. Requirements include: \xc2\xb7 One year of previous merchandising work experience and reset experience is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Availability to work weekends and holidays. \xc2\xb7 Weekly access to the Internet is necessary including access to a printer and smart phone. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate superior customer service. \xc2\xb7 Must have a personal vehicle and required to maintain a valid state issued driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and the minimum auto insurance specified by the associate\xe2\x80\x99s state of residence. \xc2\xb7 May be required to submit to drug testing before and after being hired. Additionally, you may be required to submit consumer reports including but not limited to Criminal History and Motor Vehicle Reports. \xc2\xb7 Strong ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills.
