$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Professional Conduct:

Communicate with residents, employees, and others associated with the organization in a respectful manner. Treat everyone with courtesy and professionalism. Remain composed and avoid conflicts with staff, residents, or vendors. Collaborate with lead maintenance and management to ensure tasks are completed safely, thoroughly, and correctly. Maintain a professional appearance, including a clean uniform, well-groomed hair, and neat grooming. Arrive on time or early for scheduled shifts. Follow through with assigned tasks and responsibilities to completion. Adhere to the House Rules and report any violations to management or security.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Familiarize yourself with the House Rules and Employee Policy Manual. Keep your work area neat and organized. Track daily maintenance activities, log tasks, and complete any assigned special projects.

Skills and Abilities:

Perform basic cleaning tasks using appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., vacuum, buffer). Develop a working knowledge of basic lighting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, and minor mechanical tasks. Ensure your work area remains clean and safe during job execution.

Training and Development:

Participate in both on-site and off-site training to improve job performance. Gain advanced skills in specific areas, such as locksmithing, CPO, etc. Receive cross-training in various on-site tasks. Assist in training and mentoring other staff members as directed by the Lead Maintenance, Operations Manager, or Association Manager.
