We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Salon Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our skilled stylists in delivering high-quality beauty services. Duties

Assist stylists with various salon services, including hair styling, makeup application, and nail care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort during their visit. Support retail operations by assisting in inventory management and displaying products effectively. Help with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing client records. Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques, including eyelash extensions, hair threading, and other services offered at the salon. Mentor junior staff or interns as needed, sharing knowledge of best practices in cosmetology.

Experience

Previous experience in a salon environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with cosmetology practices, retail math, and customer service principles is advantageous. Skills in hair styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, or hair threading are highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere are essential for success in this role.
