Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings. Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

Experience

Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not mandatory; a strong customer service background is highly valued. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer accounts and follow-ups. A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
