Parts Consultant
Job Description
The parts counter consultant should be an energetic team player with exceptional customer service skills that is detailed oriented that works hand in hand with the service department to ensure parts are billed and quoted accurately on every repair order. On top of that the parts department is responsible for wholesale parts business and taking care of Retail guests in person and on the phone. This job requires diligence and coordination as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Checking in orders and stocking
- Quoting parts for counter sales and repair orders
- Taking wholesale orders
- Searching different distributors for parts
- Auditing inventory regularly
- Providing excellent guest service
The parts counter person must absorb a large amount of parts knowledge and technical knowledge and be able to apply it to a many different situations. The person for this job needs to have a great attitude and work ethic.
