Summary
As a Parts Counter Person at Jerry V's Truck Center you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support. This position is essential to our mission of providing outstanding automotive solutions while fostering a welcoming environment for all customers.
Responsibilities
:Processing parts requests by phone, online, email, in-person etc. Following up with customers and upselling additional parts needed Pulling of parts when necessary Processing returns Locating of backordered parts Processing of required paperwork Promote any current specials and programs Provide the best guest experience possible
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years current experience in automotive parts sales Great knowledge of both gas and diesel vehicles ASE Parts certified a plus! Works well in a fast-paced team environment Neat appearance, driven to be their best with a friendly outgoing personality Basic Computer skills and organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
