Job Summary: We are looking for a Parts Counter Position/Salesperson person to join our growing team! The right candidate will have great customer service skills and be a team player.

$19 and Up Depending on Experience!

Monday -Friday (7-5pm)

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone.

Ability to solve problems yet use appropriate discretion in referring situations to other personnel.

Ability to match customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs with appropriate parts or services.

Awareness of customer base and unique applications.

Knowledge and ability to monitor inventory in order to determine which parts require special ordering.

Ability to assist the Parts Manager in analyzing and resolving discrepancies between computer inventory and actual parts on hand.

Coordinate with Sales, Service and Rental departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Crucial conversation and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Construction Equipment Industry: 2 years

Applicable heavy equipment parts or comparable experience performing related tasks required. Bobcat experience preferred but not required.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to speak effectively one on one

Ability to effectively listen

Ability to Interpret customer needs

Basic data/keyboarding skills

Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude and computer database knowledge required.

Ability to set and manage priorities.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and business systems.

Efficient and responsible use of email.

Must be knowledgeable of basic data entry operations and must be able to learn company designated software within a reasonable amount of time allotted.
