Job Description

Job Title: Parts Expeditor Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with various departments such as production, maintenance, and logistics to ensure that parts are delivered on time and to the right location. \xc2\xb7 Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and purchasing departments to source, order, and acquire the required parts or materials. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring and expediting the pick-up and delivery process to ensure that parts arrive on schedule, reducing production delays. \xc2\xb7 Addressing any issues related to delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies in orders and working to resolve them promptly. \xc2\xb7 Maintaining effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to keep everyone informed about the status of parts and materials. \xc2\xb7 Accurately record invoices and receipts in a timely manner using the appropriate GL account coding. Education/Experience/Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Related experience and execution of similar duties is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license \xc2\xb7 Must have a current DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one, as this position will require the operation of a company vehicle Benefits
