Job Description


We are looking for a Parts Sales Support Representative to join our team in Ridgeway, SC!

$20-24/hour

8a-5p, ability to work one day per week at home on a rotational schedule.

The Parts Sales Support representative is responsible for providing customer support through parts sales and parts technical assistance, providing accurate pricing, availability, and estimated delivery information. Additionally, the Parts Sales Representative will take parts orders from distributors and, at times, customers and enters information in computerized systems for processing. Manages portal and platform questions, access, and roles. Forms an integral part of call center operations, answering calls is required.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Uphold, always, the company values, support vision and mission statements
  • Support dealer effectively and customer in all sales, returns, logistics, and parts technical areas
  • Conduct business and communicate in a positive, constructive, and professional manner both written and verbal, always fostering open and transparent communications
  • Liaises with all departments as necessary to provide customer solutions
  • Provide customer call coverage as and when needed
  • Provide development and improvement opportunities for yourself and teams
  • Be a team player, help and support customers, dealers and all colleagues as partners and team members
  • Demonstrate genuine empathy to customer concerns, seek to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Parts Manager and/or Services and Solutions Director
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Have strong communication abilities with all audiences
  • Understanding of customer support and sense of urgency
  • 3 years of work experience
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Superior organizational skills, strong quality orientation, and high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate shift flexibility, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to make sound decisions and demonstrate good \'best judgement\'
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, manage time, adapt to changing work conditions, and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ethical standards, reliability, professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Knowledge of and adherence to occupational hazards and standard safety procedures
  • Computer skills. MS Office and SAP preferred
  • Consruction industry familiarity
  • Parts sales experience
