Headquartered minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and with additional facilities in West Virginia, we sell, rent, service, and rebuild the most unique selection of custom and heavy-duty material handling equipment in the industry. Our technicians and in-house capabilities enable us to tackle jobs that no other shop can handle.We are seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to join our parts team whose primary responsibility will be to support the parts department in a variety of tasks at our Coraopolis, PA location. The applicant should preferably have a proven record in a parts department environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong customer service and phone skills a must
• Manage parts counter and hit sales targets and goals
• Ability to relate to customers, co-workers, and vendors
• Ability to prioritize a large amount of orders
• Working knowledge of all aspects of shipping-receiving and warehousing
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision
• Researching multiple manufacturer part numbers online
• Must be willing to work as part of a team
• Coordinate parts availability with shop and road mechanics

• Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
