Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team in Adair. Commercial facility to be cleaned one time per week for approximately 3 hours per service. Starting pay of $15 per hour. Basic janitorial duties involved. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role involves performing custodial tasks in commercial settings with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Conduct commercial cleaning duties such as restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfecting. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, hallways, and entryways to create a welcoming atmosphere. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols while performing all cleaning duties.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. A proactive attitude towards maintaining facilities and ensuring a clean environment for all users.
