As a Janitorial Technician for ServiceMaster by Moline, you would be responsible for cleaning one of our community\'s important local businesses. Salary: We start this position at $16/hr. After a 90-day assessment period, we will review your compensation and consider possible career advancement within ServiceMaster by Moline. Responsibilities: Monday-Friday evenings with a flexible start after 5pm. Approx 1.5-3hrs per evening These positions are responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer\'s by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Some of these duties may vary and/or other duties may be assigned:

• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc..
• 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Must be able to communicate in English

Qualifications:

• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Valid Drivers License
• Reliable Transportation
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
