**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with mental/behavioral health diagnoses and possess a strong background in behavioral health, patient care, and intervention. Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, LAC, APRN license, or Provisional Licensed (Required)). MHPS are LICENSED mental health professionals who work under the direct supervision of Clinical Director and is responsible for ILPS/ NILPS services to agency clients. Job Duties include provision of the following services to the agency\xe2\x80\x99s clientele as outlined in the client care plans: *Individual behavioral health counseling, Group behavioral health counseling, Marital/family behavioral health counseling, Psychoeducation, Multi-Family behavioral health counseling, Mental health diagnosis, Interpretation of diagnosis, Substance Abuse assessment, Treatment Plan, Crisis Stabilization Intervention, Substance Abuse Counseling (if certified) *The Mental Health Professional (MHP) is will also complete all other duties as assigned by the agency which MAY include but is not limited to assistance with supervision of QBHP policy development, auditing, transportation, participation on committees, assistance with accreditation efforts, mentoring, shadowing, and monitoring. \xc2\xb7 Remote work is a possible option Qualifications: LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, LAC, APRN license, or Provisional Licensed (Required). Must be able to pass a background check. The Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) works under the direct supervision of Clinical Director and/or an Independently Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and is responsible for QBHP services to agency clients. Job Duties include *Crisis stabilization intervention *Behavioral Assistance *Individual Life Skills Development *Group Life Skills Development *Child and Youth Support Services *Supportive Employment *Supportive Housing *Adult Life Skills Development *Adult Rehab Services *The QBHP will also complete all other duties as assigned by the agency which may include but is not limited to assistance with policy development, auditing, transportation, participation on committees, mentoring, shadowing, and monitoring.
