Location: Renton, WA 98057 - Remote - Must live in the state of Washington.

Responsibilities:

• Places outbound calls (regarding account status, complaints, etc.) and handles incoming calls (inquiries, complaints, etc.) and directs calls for further problems if necessary.

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
