POSITION SUMMARYA Patient Services Representative (PSR) is a professional, articulate and empathetic clerical specialist responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while scheduling, registering, or checking in patients. Attention to detail, ability to multitask and excellent attendance are vital. The PSR is deployed throughout Trinity Health outpatient areas as needed and duties may vary between locations. Schedule to include weekend and holiday rotation.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSLicenses and Certifications RequiredNoneEducational RequirementsHS Diploma or GED, preferred.Experience RequirementsCustomer service experience or training, required. Preferably six (6) mos minimum.Experience in a clerical or office setting, preferredMedical terminology knowledge, preferred.Computer experience, required.
