• Verify patient information, including demographics and insurance status.
• Handle incoming calls, take messages, and address patient inquiries.
• Document interactions accurately in patient charts and assist with referrals.
• Collect payments and support patient discharge procedures.
• Organize and maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist in training new employees on office functions and best practices.

QualificationsWhat Youxe2x80x99ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting with clerical and administrative responsibilities.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and staff.
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding (ICD-9, CPT), and insurance procedures.
• Proficiency in computer operations and basic math skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
