Patient Service Representatives will schedule appointments, process patient medical services following established guidelines and provide general office or clinic information to our patients. High school diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year customer service experience or clerical experience in a healthcare related setting.
Prior experience demonstrating ability to operate office equipment such as computer, copier, facsimile, and telephone.
