Growing and dynamic healthcare company is looking to hire MULTIPLE
Patient Services Representative\'s with Healthcare background.

Job Requirements:
-Must be Vaccinated and Boosted and take the flu shot (during flu season)
-Must have a TB test administered once hired
-Must pass Background check
-If driving, parking $50 month, reimbursed back $25 each month

Duties:
The Patient Service Representative II (PSR II), following established practices, policies and guidelines, provides clerical and administrative support/duties while handling high volume of patient coordination and complex scheduling in the licensed clinics. Is cross-trained to cover multiple providers and is a resource. Duties may include: Administrative duties such as answering incoming telephone calls; scheduling and obtaining authorization for appointments, coordination of procedures/tests and other ancillary services; patient check-out and rescheduling of follow-up appointments; training, insurance verification functions; chart/medical records preparation; and sorting and deposition of mail and patient information. Applies a detailed knowledge of the areas of assigned responsibility, and a general knowledge of the ambulatory/outpatient physician setting. Excellent customer service and phone skills required.

Qualifications: Minimum High School Diploma/GED. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have healthcare experience with a demonstrated experience with EXCEL and WORD.
