Description
Summary:
Provides clinical and technical real time support in an onsite virtual health center.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days/72 hours per pay period.
Responsibilities:
Responds to clinical support requests. Determines nature and scope of customer issues and takes appropriate response.
Monitors clinical areas for equipment needing service. Escalates issues to higher level technical support or management.
Performs routine cleaning and inventory. Conducts visual inspections on basic medical equipment.
Follows customer service policies and procedures, and adheres to and improves lean processes.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
