PATROL DRIVER FOR ACCESS CONTROL/ GATE ATTENDANT

AVAILABLE IN: HIALEAH, MIRAMAR, PEMBROKE PINES, DAVIE, WESTON, AND PARKLAND AREAS

(40 HOURS GUARANTEED OR MORE)

COMPENSATION:

BASED ON EXPERIENCE

($17.00--$18.00 an hour)

Miami Management, Inc., is looking for highly motivated, professional, well-groomed, and reliable individuals for Front Desk/Customer service positions for some of the best residential properties in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greeting residents and guests Controlling access to the property (guests, vendors, contractors, etc) Coordinating receipt and delivery of packages Monitor security cameras Apply all safety and security policies, programs, and procedures Ability to handle crises/emergencies (fire, water leaks, accidents, etc) Answer the phone clearly and professionally Ensure work areas are maintained cleanly and professionally Basic computer skills Personal skills It may require some physical activity's

REQUIREMENTS:

Well, Groomed Self-motivated Positive attitude Well-mannered Respectful

Clean driving record and active Driver's License REQUIRED

ELIGIBLE TO DRIVE

English language skills - oral and written!

Bilingual skills may be desirable for some properties/ positions!

Have reliable transportation. Punctual, reliable, and responsible.

Rover position has to be 25+ & 6+ years with Driver license.
