Job Description


TPG Capital recently completed the purchase of Change Healthcare\xe2\x80\x99s Clinical Claims Management (CCM) business, which includes the ClaimsXten\xc2\xae, ClaimsXten\xc2\xae Select, ClaimCheck, Secondary Editing, and Episode Manager solutions. The transaction establishes the CCM business as an independent company, with an interim name of ClaimsXten Portfolio. Collaborate with Clinical Rules Requirements resources in creation of Requirements documents (RCCQs)

Translate the Clinical Rules Requirements from the Requirements Definition Document into Functional Design document

Collaborate with other teams, i.e. Integration, Development, System Architects, Quality Assurance, to ensure best practices and usability in the functional design

Provide peer review and support of Quality Assurance test plans and testing scenarios. Assist in troubleshooting testing issues.

Create internal training and end user documentation (internal and external). Development of internal and external documentation and communications related to rules; development and delivery of internal training, in conjunction with Rules Release (or as needed).

Provide ongoing support to Service Delivery Teams, to assist with client implementations and/or Production support.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a Healthcare or Technology related field

Minimum 5 years experience in software development life cycle

ClaimsXten experience

Strong ability to write Boolean logic statements.

Experience with SQL

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • HealthCare Information Technology Experience
  • Experience with claims processing systems integrations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet project deadlines; adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness as both an independent worker and as a team contributor.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, presentation/computer skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with various software applications, including but not limited to: MS Word; MS Excel; MS Access; Visio.
  • Aptitude for working with Change Healthcare developed applications in support of work objectives.

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, ClaimsXten Portfolio offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $71,550.00 - $159,000.00
