American Security Associates Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for Payroll Administrator.
American Security Associates Inc. is a national security service provider. Position is responsible for the following responsibilities:
5 years experience in QuickBooks Pro preferred
Human resources experience a plus.
Job duties are inputting payroll, taxes, filing of quarterly reports, (DOL) and
inputting employee time.
Must be able to multi task.
Hours are 9:00am -5:00pm
Must be able to provide a credit history, criminal background and pass drug test.
Calculate employee time from time sheets.
Calculate employee time from timekeeping programs and input information in timekeeping program.
Input employee information into employee files and input information on the computer.
Calculate billing information to clients.
General clerical work.
Must possess good basic math skills.
