Job Description

Randstad is currently seeking an experience Payroll Specialist for a temp to perm opportunity located in Wilmington, Delaware which will pay $22 - $28 an hour. Top candidate will have a minimum of two years experience processing payroll for a mid to large sized company (75+ employees); construction industry a plus. Responsibilities

Weekly processing of manual and electronically submitted time cards for 100+ people including:

• Reviewing number of hours submitted and verifying accuracy against schedule and project notes
• Entering hours into payroll system for processing
• Working with site managers and GMs to resolve any variances
• Utilizing MS Excel to generate weekly payroll reports

Skills * Payroll Processing (2 years of experience is required)

• construction industry
• advanced excel (2 years of experience is required)
• Payroll - 50 - 500
• Certified Payroll Professional
