EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced PBM Recruiter. If you are a highly motivated and experienced Contract PBM Recruiter interested in playing a key role in acquiring top talent to support our company's mission and objectives and are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry, we encourage you to apply.

What You\'ll Do:

As a Contract PBM Recruiter, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various PBM-related positions, including but not limited to pharmacy technicians, pharmacists, benefit analysts, and account managers.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, review resumes, and provide guidance on interview techniques.
• Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and hiring teams.

What You Need:

• Proven experience as a recruiter in pharmacy benefit management.
• Familiarity with the pharmacy industry and understanding of the specific skills and qualifications required for PBM-related roles.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships within the industry.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
