Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques and equipment.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided. Skills:
- Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring personal care assistance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of care provided.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical stamina and strength to assist with transfers and mobility.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.
