Job Summary:
The People & Culture Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that our front-line staff are being supported in a manner that is consistent with PalAmerican's expectations. PalAmerican is committed to our people, and our PCCC's primary focus is ensuring that our employees have the best culture and employment experience. By working closely with our supervisory and account management teams, the People & Culture team ensures that we are following best practices and providing the highest level of service to our greatest resource, our people.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and champion PalAmerican's award winning corporate culture.
Guide candidates through application and recruitment process
Participate in screening candidates and conducting preliminary interviews as needed
Answer day-to-day HR inquiries and questions for our PalAmerican staff and liaise with People and Culture Generalist, Client Service Managers, Scheduling Coordinators, Payroll and Human Resources to ensure that employee concerns are dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner.
Analyze and track employee concerns and communicate with the People & Culture Manager to address issues and find the best option for resolution.
Conduct weekly Employee Orientations
Organize and distribute uniforms to front line employees.
Manage the monthly employee recognition program: Performer awards, Pipeline articles and CSM awards.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Education and Experience:
Proven ability to embrace change and adversity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws as it applies to human resources and the employment process.
High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
At least one year of human resource experience preferred.
Previous internship or administrative experience in HR or a related field is a plus.
Experience with contract security a plus
