Assist in managing day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks for the Purchasing Manager.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient operations.
Act as a liaison between internal departments, suppliers, and clients.
Support in creating and maintaining strategic purchasing plans.
Help identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to efficient supply chain management.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a procurement or purchasing environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
Understanding of procurement processes (preferred but not required).
