Job Description
Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Full Time Personal Care LPN Supervisor to join our Richlandtown campus.

Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments. Assesses resident\xe2\x80\x99s physical, medical and emotional needs. Oversee the care delivery of the nursing unit. Reports pertinent information to the immediate unit manager or supervisor. Responds to inquiries and requests from residents, staff, family members, etc., communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel; providing timely reporting.
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing; current Pennsylvania license to practice as an LPN
- Current CPR license
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in related positions preferred
