Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Litigation Paralegal in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting document reviews, performing legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions to support attorneys in the firm. Must be able to work weekends on occasions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Paralegal certification (preferred)
Personal injury experience required
5-8 years of litigation experience
Strong skills in legal document preparation and document review
Proficiency in legal research
Experience drafting pleadings and motions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in legal software and MS Office suite

Compensation
Starting at $65,000 per year (converted into hourly rate).
