Position: Discovery Paralegal Reason for Hiring: We continue to expand rapidly, and our diligent Litigation team is seeking a highly motivated Discovery Paralegal to join us. As a Discovery Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys throughout the discovery process. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to achieving justice for our clients. Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys in drafting and responding to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. Reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents and records related to ongoing cases. Conducting legal research to support case preparation. Assisting with case management, including maintaining calendars, tracking deadlines, and managing documents. Preparing and filing legal documents with courts as needed. Collaborating with attorneys, clients, and opposing counsel in a professional and effective manner. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client information. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or paralegal certificate preferred. Prior paralegal experience in a litigation setting is a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in legal research and the use of legal research tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
