:PR Fitness Lab (WALT Labs\' privately owned fitness center), is seeking a highly skilled Personal Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an individual who is passionate about fitness, has prior experience working with clients in a group setting, and is capable of creating effective exercise programs. The Personal Trainer will motivate clients to meet their goals, perform basic calisthenics, and offer practical advice on how to properly execute a large variety of exercises.Requirements

• Lead PR Fitness 1:1 sessions and group training classes (bootcamps, athletic group trainings, small group classes)
• Make sure that the members perform exercises with proper form at all times, ensuring safety, and providing necessary modifications when required.
• Promote an energetic environment
• Inspire members to fully utilize PR Fitness resources to achieve personal fitness goals
• Conduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members
• Focus on membership acquisition and retention, including conducting referral/lead generation activities.
• Setup the gym for specific functional training classes
• Ensure the gym is impeccably maintained
• Conduct gym tours
• Assist with membership sales

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience (required)
• Preferred NCCA accredited (preferred)
• Must be a Certified Personal Trainer (required)
• Current CPR and AED Certified (required)
• Knowledge of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition and program design
• Ability to drive revenue through the sales and service of training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to strike up a conversation with members and approach members with assistance and advice
• Must be available to conduct sessions at least 1 or 2 Saturdays out of the month as well as during weekday evenings.
