Job Overview: We\'re looking for a motivated Pest Control Technician to join our growing team! You\'ll play a vital role in protecting our customers\' homes and businesses from unwanted pests. Be prepared for a fast-paced environment where you\'ll tackle a variety of pest problems and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points.
- Apply safe and effective pest control solutions, including baits, traps, and insecticides, following all safety regulations.
- Implement preventative measures to stop future infestations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain their pest problem, treatment options, and preventative tips.
- Maintain detailed service records and document all actions taken during each job.
- Ensure your work area is clean and organized, and keep your service vehicle stocked with necessary equipment.
- Valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in pest control is a plus, but we\'re happy to train the right candidate.
- Experience in construction, sales, or related customer service fields (a plus) will be considered valuable assets.
