Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Care Associate to provide exceptional care for dogs in our care. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals and the ability to handle various dog breeds and sizes. At Pawsitive K9 Connections, we offer grooming, daycare, training and boarding. You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of dogs while their owners are away, offering peace of mind through reliable and attentive service, enriching, entertaining and caring for the dogs, cleaning and working as a team.

Duties

Provide daily care for dogs, including feeding, playing with, and administering medication as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for the dogs, including cleaning all pet areas. Engage in playtime and exercise with dogs, promote physical activity and mental stimulation. Monitor the health and behavior of dogs. Bathe dogs and clip nails Communicate effectively with team Provide excellent customer service to build trust and rapport with clients.

Experience

Previous experience in pet care or animal handling is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift 50 pounds Strong customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. A background in animal care or related fields will be beneficial.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
