:Pharmacist - Credena Health - Providence Olympia CampusSCHEDULE: Per Diem, Variable schedule. Operating hours are 8a-7:30p PST. Includes weekends.The staff pharmacist has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patient\'s quality of life. Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophyRequired Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of an ASHP accredited residency program.
• 1 year Hospital Pharmacists experience.
