DescriptionLocation: UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central, US:CO:Colorado SpringsDepartment: MHS PharmacyFTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)Shift: RotatingPay: $19.67 - $25.57 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant\'s relevant experienceRequirements:

• Enrolled in an accredited school of pharmacy and in good standing.
• State Intern licensure.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify potential and actual drug related problems.
• Compounds medications for retail sales and/or delivery to patient care areas.
• Provides drug information and education to patients.
• Communicates with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
