GREEN LINE APOTHECARY is adding Pharmacy Technicians to the Wakefield location of its expanding pharmacy operation in Rhode Island. We are seeking skilled pharmacy technicians with a positive attitude to join our team. Full-time positions with benefits and consistent schedule is available. Pharmacy Inventory Specialist Duties: - Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Collaborate with all team and departments to ensure product is availble for patients and customers
- Utilize inventory management software to track and analyze inventory data
-Experience with outdates, returns and damaged product
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate with all teams and departments to ensure expense items are in stock.
- Collaborate with e-commerce team to manage inventory for online sales - Prepare and fufill e-commerce orders as needed - Recieve and put up all orders as they arrive.
- Work with vendors to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Qualifications: - Previous experience in inventory management in healthcare and/or pharmacy field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Pharmacy technician qualifications preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle materials safely
- Proficiency in inventory management software is a plus - Lean six sigma is a plus
