Heartland Pharmacy is headquartered in Idaho Falls, ID with offices in Boise, ID, Denver, CO and North Salt Lake, UT.

Our business is in search of full-time pharmacy technicians. We are looking for fun, self-starters who are detail-oriented and ready to make a difference. Our pharmacy technician follows and cares for patients every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and accurately inputting of prescriptions
• Manage patient information with their prescription in compliance with the guidelines of the board of pharmacy
• Provide exceptional customer service to peers, management, and customers.
• Answering incoming calls and fielding patient questions.
• Actively communicate both internally and externally with staff, nurses, and doctors for the overall health and needs of our clients.
• Works through challenges efficiently and objectively

• National certification from either the NHA or the PTCB
• Enrolled in a Board-approved pharmacy technician program
• Strong customer service skill
• Ability to organize, identify and prioritize daily workload
• Willing to work in a team environment
