ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:You will be responsible for using advanced knowledge of the job to advise pharmacy techs on order fulfillment and related activities.

• Supports and trains new employees and identifies ongoing training needs of tenured employees that require retraining.
• Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts internal and external to the department.
• Understand and assist with inventory processes.
• Perform all Pharmacy Technician functions, including USP 800 processing.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to do the job:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must have an Indiana Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License
• Basic math skills and general PC knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, multi-task
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times
• Willingness and ability to learn internal systems/processes as needed
